ANSWER:
Nursing leadership skills are highly essential to ensuring the success of the healthcare system. Among the approaches, nurses may use to improve nursing leadership is system-based practice (SBP). SBP, as described by Yazdani, Hosseini, and Ahmady (2016) is the actions that demonstrate an awareness of and responsiveness to the wider context and healthcare system and the ability to use system resources for effective care delivery.
