ANSWER
Just as the subject of human resources has become a critical part of any business, so has the area of business ethics. Business Ethics can be defined as a set of moral rules that govern how businesses operate, how business decisions are made, and how people are treated. I do not believe that this list all-inclusive and is not ranked from the most important to least important.
All members of an organization, from top to bottom, make ethical decisions daily whether they are aware of it or not. These decisions can affect not only people within the organization but also the local and potentially global community. Many of these daily decisions don’t always fall within the current policy parameters and may very well fall somewhere in the grey area between good and bad.
