Answer
The nursing assessments that I commonly perform range from palpation, inspection, percussion, and auscultation. Palpation entails touching the patients with different parts of the hands when using varying degrees of pressure. Inspection entails using vision, smell, and hearing to determine whether the patient has normal conditions or deviations (Weber & Kelley, 2022).
