ANSWER

My predominant coping strategy is really not the healthier one. When I was younger, I used to go to dance practice when I am stressed, especially Latinos, like salsa, cha-cha-cha. I enjoyed it because it disconnected me while I am obtaining new skills and loosing wait. Actually, when I am stressed and overwhelmed, I eat. I know it is an unhealthy habit, I believe because I like tasty food, I just enjoy the food, it gives me a pleasure that disconnect me with my problem. when I am eating, especially the unhealthy food like chips, soda, starchy food, it gives to sensation of disconnection with the real world. The biggest problem is that I eat anytime, and I do not exercise. To be honest the long-term result is not pretty to watch.
