Over 1,336,700 people in the United States are infected according to the New York Times database (The New York Times 1). The article points out cases by States, the hotspots, and various clusters across the country. It shows where the numbers are increasing, where the cases have stagnated, and where the cases have decreased.
The article uses descriptive statistics in presenting the number of Coronavirus across the United States. The article utilizes category of measures of frequency which include percent, frequency, counting rules, and frequency distribution.
